ABOUT THE REBRAND
When studying identity systems, we were asked to look locally. New to the Fayetteville night life, I chose to rebrand Pinpoint, an underground arcade bar on Block St. in Fayetteville. I wanted to encapsulate the underground, darker feel with a clever spin. I designed a new logo, the letters made up of pinball pins [flippers], using black and white as my primary pallet. If you have ever been, you know that it is a louder space, both literally and visually, so I wanted to balance it with a more straightforward visual identity while also incorporating the drinking and gaming atmosphere you encounter when in the space. I created business cards using a lo-fi typeface, as well as animated assets, coasters, and multiple icons.
